There's no denying today's fascination with the Plymouth Barracuda or any Hemi powered muscle car. The record auction prices are a testimony the Plymouth Barracuda will forever be included in the list of Cool Cars.

 Burned in my memory is the day my brother’s friend drove into the drive way with his brand new Hemi powered Purple Plymouth Barracuda with its White as snow leather interior. As a nine year old farm kid I knew little about Hemi's but what sticks out in my mind is that white interior. The only thing rarer then a  Purple Plymouth Barracuda with a white leather interior today would be an original owner allowing a nine year old to sit inside that white interior.

With out a doubt Those early memories over the real car mixed with childhood imagination  of the Hot Wheels version create powerful feelings and emotions that will forever put the King Kuda near the top of  my list of Cool Cars

The 1955 Chevy Nomad stands as one of this authors favorite Hot Wheels Cool Cars. The stunning Nomad was released in 1970. With it's ribbed roof with sun roof and opening hood with a detail motor.
